Participants form the core of Become Alliance. This model is designed for experienced professionals who want to operate at the highest level of organizational transformation and become an integral part of the Become Alliance proposition. As a Participant, you are fully trained in the philosophy, methodology, and application of the Become Framework® and the Become Program®. You operate under the Become Alliance name and positioning while remaining an independent entrepreneur building your own business within the Alliance. This model reflects a fundamentally different way of organizing work in the 21st century.
Traditional organizations are built around the employer-employee model: predefined functions, fixed hierarchies, processes, procedures, and centrally controlled structures. Our research shows that a growing group of ultra-performing organizations is evolving toward a fundamentally different reality: ecosystems of highly capable, intrinsically motivated professionals who combine entrepreneurial ownership with deep involvement in a shared proposition, philosophy, and movement. We define this structure as a multipreneurial alliance: a model in which independent entrepreneurs operate together as one integrated proposition while maintaining their own entrepreneurial autonomy. FELLOW OR PROVIDER
Fellows are independent professionals and organizations who align with the philosophy and principles of Become Alliance while operating fully under their own name, positioning, and proposition.
This model is designed for professionals who recognize the shift toward inside out, creative artisanal organizations and want to integrate that way of thinking into their own business practice. Fellows are trained in the philosophy, principles, and strategic logic underlying the Become Framework®, but they do not formally deliver the Become Framework® or Become Program® as official Become Alliance methodologies. Instead, they apply the underlying thinking within their own expertise, market, and proposition while remaining fully entrepreneurial and independent. At the same time, Fellows become part of an international ecosystem of aligned professionals connected through one shared direction of thinking about the future of organizations, leadership, and transformation.
Providers are independent specialists and service organizations that support the Become Alliance ecosystem from their own specific expertise.
his model is designed for professionals and companies operating in areas such as legal services, finance, accounting, PR, branding, technology, media, facilitation, coaching, production, or other complementary disciplines that strengthen the broader Become Alliance proposition. Providers operate fully under their own name, positioning, and business model while collaborating within the broader Become Alliance ecosystem when relevant. Rather than functioning as traditional external suppliers, Providers become part of a growing international network built around one shared inside out philosophy on performance, transformation, and organizational development. In this way, Become Alliance combines specialized expertise into one coherent ecosystem for the emerging economy of the 21st century.
