We are currently recruiting experienced professionals based in the Netherlands, within practical travelling distance of Utrecht. Fluent Dutch and English are required. We work together regularly at our Utrecht office, alongside working from home and at client locations. This is not a fully remote opportunity.

BECOME® Institute was founded on the research of scientist, author and serial entrepreneur Eric Bartels, described in a series of books. More than twenty-five years of research into ultraperformers resulted in the BECOME® Ontology, the business thinking, business logic and organisational architecture modelled in the BECOME® Framework, and the BECOME® Program for implementation.
The approach connects issues usually treated by separate specialists — strategy, brand, leadership, culture, change and execution — through one underlying architecture.

The model
Your own Practice. One shared company.
BECOME Alliance offers a fourth model alongside employment, independent consultancy and franchising: independent entrepreneurship within one integrated company.
As a Partner, you join through your own legal entity and build your own practice within BECOME Alliance. You develop client relationships, present proposals and deliver BECOME® Programs in the name of and on behalf of the company. BECOME Alliance contracts with clients, invoices and collects payment.
You build your own business within ours — with the methodology, identity, collaboration and support of BECOME Alliance behind you.
There’s a unique financial reward structure behind this: you earn, among other things, from the revenue you generate yourself, and you can acquire options in the company as your practice grows. We’ll explore this in full detail during the interview.
The experience you bring
Substantial, practical experience in at least one of these areas.
- Strategic consulting, organisational consulting or organisational development.
- Several years of marketing, brand building or brand strategy.
- Entrepreneurship: founding and substantially growing a business of your own.
- Several years of change management and implementing organisational change.
You do not need every background on this list. You do need the professional depth to work credibly with business leaders, build client relationships and take responsibility for developing your Practice. Technical or AI expertise alone is not a substitute for this experience.

Development and support
We train you in the BECOME® methodology and support you in becoming both a BECOME® Practitioner and a successful entrepreneur. You work with our intellectual property, tools, materials and shared infrastructure, alongside fellow Partners. Eric Bartels and experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders help you develop your Practice.
BECOME® Academy at InstituteWhere you work
You have a workplace at our Utrecht office and the flexibility to work from home and at client locations, combined with regular in-person collaboration. You build your own Practice. Together, we build one company.
